G.H. INDUCTION Deutschland Induktions-Erwärmungs-Anlagen GmbH, headquartered in Hirschhorn (Neckar), has been developing and manufacturing custom induction systems for heating, brazing, bonding, welding and heat treatment processes since 1961. At its production and technology site near Heidelberg, complete induction systems are developed, engineered and manufactured – from design through electrical engineering and software to mechanical implementation. The portfolio includes induction generators, conventional and additively (3D-)printed inductors, self-contained systems and fully automated systems, complemented by process development, simulations, tests in its own technology center and after-sales service throughout the entire life cycle. Customers include OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers to the automotive industry, manufacturers of electric motors and battery systems, large engine manufacturers as well as adhesive and coating manufacturers. Within the GH Group (450 employees worldwide, systems in 50 countries), the site acts as a Competence Center for induction heating in the field of electric motor and battery systems.
