About Henauer Kaffee
Henauer Kaffee (G. Henauers Sohn AG) is a Swiss coffee roastery in its fourth generation, headquartered in Höri in the canton of Zurich. The company roasts daily classic coffee blends, single-origin coffees, specialty coffees of the P14 line, Demeter and organic coffees as well as Fairtrade coffees from Arabica and Robusta green beans. Roasting is carried out using modern methods with the aim of developing the aroma and flavour profile of each bean. The range is complemented by bagged and loose-leaf teas (including Solaris.Tea), coffee pads, barista accessories as well as subscriptions and gift ideas. The B2B offering is aimed at the hospitality industry and companies and includes coffee, training and concepts; white-label production is possible. In addition, SCA-certified barista courses are offered. Long-standing partnerships exist, among others, with Finca Irlanda in Mexico and Fazenda Camocim in Brazil.

George Henauer fires up his roasting machine for the first time in Winterthur; founding of the company «Henauer Kaffee & Tee», later relocation to Zurich (Niederdorf).
