G+M Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a family-owned contract manufacturer based in Peine that produces highly precise plastic and aluminium parts according to customer drawings. On a production area of more than 4000 m² across three plants, the company employs more than 70 staff who produce single parts, small and large series on over 40 CNC-controlled turning and milling machines (up to 5 axes). Materials machined include thermosets such as hard fabric, hard paper and GFRP profiles, thermoplastics such as PA 6, PE, POM, PMMA and PC, as well as various aluminium alloys. In addition to machining, G+M offers bending and edging, bubble-free bonding, welding, surface and cylindrical grinding, painting as well as assembly and completion of assemblies – all from a single source. The parts are supplied to industries such as medical technology, electrical engineering, optics, mechanical engineering, aerospace, pharmaceutical technology, pneumatics and automotive.
