G+S Schlauchtechnik GmbH, based in Hamburg, specializes in hydraulic hose assembly, hydraulic piping and maintenance of hydraulic systems. In the workshop in the Hamburg-Allermöhe industrial area, hose lines are produced for standard hydraulics as well as for media such as special oils, steam, gases, alkalis and acids – from one-off production to series production of hose packages and CNC-manufactured hydraulic pipe lines. Piping is manufactured in steel and stainless steel from 4 to 42 mm diameter; welded larger dimensions are also possible. Service vehicles with mobile hydraulic workshops enable hose and pipe line manufacture, repairs and maintenance directly at the customer's site. The portfolio also includes oil management with side-stream filtration, cylinder refurbishment, industrial assembly, pressure testing up to 3,500 bar and hose management in accordance with DGUV rule 113-020. Customers come from industrial hydraulics, marine and offshore, aviation, defense, rail technology, tool hydraulics and the food industry.
