The core competence lies in economical series production in small and medium lot sizes with annual volumes between 3,000 and 100,000 units, especially in die casting (aluminium, zinc, magnesium) and plastic injection moulding at the company's own IATF-certified production site in Zhongshan (China). The service portfolio includes technology consulting, CAD service, prototyping (PROTO DIE, ProtoInject), tool and mould making, CNC milling and turning, punching, deep drawing, extrusion profiles, thermoforming, GRP and polyurethane production as well as surface coating, assembly, leak testing and worldwide logistics. The toolmaking center in Zhongshan is equipped with CNC machining centers, EDM machines, turning and milling machines and a CAD center. Customers come from industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, industrial electronics, medical technology and automation. Technical and commercial communication is conducted in German or English through the sales office in Teltow.
