About Gabler
Gabler Group AG, based in Lübeck, has been developing and manufacturing mission-critical technology for submarines and unmanned maritime systems for over 60 years. The portfolio includes retractable mast systems, submarine components, tactical gateways for communications, and unmanned surface and underwater vehicles (USV/XLAUV), including torpedo-tube-launchable autonomous vessels developed jointly with FLANQ. The value chain covers engineering design and feasibility studies, component manufacturing in-house and with partners, commissioning and certification, as well as extensive Technical Services over the entire lifecycle: maintenance, repair, spare parts logistics, training for crews and maintenance personnel, refurbishment and life extension up to professional decommissioning. Customers are naval platforms and submarine programmes; through trilateral submarine support contracts, Gabler supplies the navies of Germany, Italy and Portugal, with spare parts supply worldwide to naval bases and shipyards. In January 2026, the new Subsea Drives division was established.
