Gärtner Industrievertretungen KG is a family business founded in 1983, headquartered in Diepersdorf near Nuremberg, operating as an industrial sales agency for plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) technology in Bavaria. Its second pillar, established in 1993, is the Gärtner testing station, which tests, calibrates, repairs, maintains and sells measuring devices from renowned manufacturers such as AFRISO, MRU, Testo, RAU, GANN and Rems. Since 2003, mobile testing stations have also been available for on-site service to customers throughout Bavaria. The service portfolio also includes commissioning of systems (e.g. fresh water stations), installation support, complaint handling for TECE and Strawa, factory customer service, spare parts service as well as training courses and technical seminars in the company's own technical center, on site or online. Customers include the HVAC trades, architects, planners, property developers and wholesalers; close collaboration is maintained with chambers of crafts and guilds. The headquarters in the Diepersdorf industrial park comprise the testing station, technical center, showroom and seminar room; six branch offices ensure full coverage of Bavaria. As of 01.01.2023, Gärtner Service GmbH was founded as a master-certified business for after-sales service.
