About us
GAF Flöter & Bergholz GbR is an independent 3D printing specialist based in Zerbst/Anhalt in Saxony-Anhalt. The company supports industrial customers from consulting and design through to the manufacture of additively produced components. In addition to conventional plastic components, heavily stressed parts and fixtures originally made of metal are replaced by low-wear, stable and precisely fitting functional parts made of plastic and carbon. The processes used are FDM, CFF (Continuous Fiber Fabrication with continuous fiber), SLS and SLA. Customers come from mechanical and plant engineering, maintenance, print and media, electrical engineering, automation, passenger transport, last-mile solutions, precision engineering and forging technology. The service portfolio covers rapid prototyping, small series, rapid tooling and rapid manufacturing, with a CAD file being sufficient to get started.

Materials and processes
Fused Deposition Modeling
Production of components with high stiffness and excellent stability.
Continuous Fiber Fabrication
A special form of the FDM process in which an additional continuous fiber is laid within the component for maximum stability.
Selective Laser Sintering
Suitable for prototypes and series with complex geometries from a powder bed using a laser.
Stereolithography
Enables components with a particularly high level of detail and a very smooth surface.
Plastic
Base material for 3D-printed functional parts, prototypes and fixtures.
Carbon (continuous fiber/fiber composite)
Replaces heavily stressed metal components with extremely stable, low-wear functional parts.
