About Galerie Glaswerk

Galerie Glaswerk was founded in 1984 in Berlin and has been producing artisan crafts in Germany for over 40 years. Since June 2000, the workshop has been located in Germersheim in the Southern Palatinate, where the work focuses on glass fashion jewelry. The range includes necklaces, rings, brooches, bracelets, earrings, pendants and tie clips as one-of-a-kind pieces and small series, made using fusing techniques in the melting kiln as well as freely shaped at the glassblower's lamp (flamework/lampwork). Materials used include colored glass, dichroic glass, Murano glass, aventurine and silver leaf; the assembly is done on 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, silver-plated tombac or natural rubber. All products are manufactured in-house in Germany; purchased parts such as ring blanks and chains come exclusively from German companies. Delivery is primarily to businesses and the retail trade; in addition, there is an online shop for private customers as well as sales at craft and Christmas markets. Symbols, company logos or initials can be depicted in the glass jewelry on request.
