About GHG
Galvanik Hofmann AG (GHG) is a Swiss family-owned company based in Grenchen, specialising as a contract coater in electroplated coatings for technical and decorative applications. The company coats demanding metal surfaces – from devices for space travel to components for watch manufacturers and engine parts for the automotive industry. On request, GHG develops the appropriate coating process for the respective workpiece and metal. Coating is carried out on racks, in barrel plating or in the gentle vibratory process; every component is electroplated by hand and subsequently inspected. Customer industries include medical technology, electronics, high-frequency technology, apparatus engineering, optics, sensor technology as well as space and aerospace. Coating system investigations and material analyses are carried out by GHG in partnership with materials technology laboratories. The delivery area covers Switzerland, Germany, Austria, other European countries as well as worldwide.
