GALVATECH GERMANY, based in Eschweiler, is a provider of plant technology and engineering services for the hot-dip galvanizing industry. The company designs custom batch galvanizing plants with individual plant layouts, tailored to the customer's technical requirements, hall dimensions and investment budget. The scope of supply includes, in addition to plant design and project engineering, chemical pre-treatment and post-treatment lines, drying ovens, galvanizing furnaces, transport equipment, environmental protection equipment as well as plant installation and commissioning. Drying ovens and galvanizing furnaces are developed in-house and manufactured, installed and commissioned according to specifications by experienced partners. The team consists of specialists with many years of experience in plant construction for hot-dip galvanizing, including former positions at BERG, BRÜGGEMANN, GIMECO and FIB. In addition, the company offers project consulting, project financing as well as support in securing funding. Projects have been realized nationally and internationally.

Drying oven

Gas-fired and hydrogen-fired furnaces with steel kettles, BRÜGGEMANN system (high-speed burners) or BERG system (medium-speed burners plus hot-gas circulation fan).
