For more than 50 years, Ganzelewski Maschinenbau GmbH has specialized in the manufacture of screws, barrels, non-return valves and accessories for the plastics processing industry. The company produces highly wear-resistant plasticizing units for plastics processors and machine manufacturers (OEMs), processing thermoplastics, thermosets and elastomers. The range includes standard screws, barrier screws, thermoset, metering, extruder and PVC screws as well as bimetallic barrels, non-return valves, nozzles, caps and mixing elements. All production takes place in-house in Vlotho: from design and CAD/CAM-supported manufacturing in 5-axis machining centers to cylindrical grinding with grinding lengths of up to 4.50 m. In addition to new production, barrels, screws and non-return valves are repaired and plasticizing units optimized. Customers can also have components customized to their specific application and processed material.
