About us
Garant Transportbeton GmbH & Co. KG has been producing ready-mix concrete in all grades, exactly to customer requirements, for over 60 years. The range includes standard concretes as well as specialty concretes such as lightly compactable concrete (LVB), steel fiber concrete, photocatalytic "green concrete", and R-concrete with recycled mineral aggregate. Production takes place in eight ready-mix concrete plants in East Westphalia-Lippe and the Weser Uplands, using regional mineral raw materials such as gravel, sand, natural stone chippings, cement (100 % low-clinker in 2023, CEM II/CEM III) and fly ash. Delivery is carried out with more than 30 truck mixers (6 to 8 m³) and its own fleet of five concrete pumps for conveying at the installation site. In-house production control and its own concrete testing facility (BB-Beton- und Baustoffprüfung) ensure standards-compliant quality. Customers include industry, commerce, logistics, healthcare and the wind energy sector, including Phoenix Blomberg, Spies Melle, Klinikum Herford, Loom Bielefeld and Windpark Kalletal.

Low-clinker cements

Merger: The eight production sites were combined under Garant Transportbeton GmbH & Co. KG and centrally managed; Weser Frischbeton has since produced under the name Garant Transportbeton.
