About Gargiulo
Gargiulo GmbH is a family-owned profile extruder based in Nehren (Baden-Württemberg) that has been producing plastic profiles, thermal breaks and insulation foams for window and facade systems since 1989. On a total area of around 80,000 m² across five plants in Nehren and Ofterdingen, 80 extrusion lines with more than 100 simultaneously running extruders produce insulation bars made of PA and ABS, insulation foams made of PE and PET, and profiles made of PVC and ASA – more than 10,000 tonnes of raw materials are processed annually. The manufacturing portfolio includes profile extrusion, 2K extrusion, foam extrusion and a patented contour cutting process for complex foam geometries made from insulation blocks. According to its own statements, around 100 million metres of profiles have been produced over 30 years. The value chain ranges from project-specific formulations in the company's own compounding plant to tool and machine engineering, finishing (laser marking, foil lamination, painting), customised packaging and just-in-time delivery to 17 countries.

Quality assurance is carried out in-house in the company's own laboratory with random samples taken from ongoing production; an integrated management system for quality, energy and environment secures processes from raw material procurement to disposal. Products meet, among others, RAL (DE), CSTB (FR) and ATG (BE).
