About Garnisch

Garnisch GmbH is a family-run manufacturer of special cables headquartered in Memmingen. The company develops and manufactures heat-resistant connection and sensor cables, heating cables, compensation and thermocouple cables as well as hybrid cables and custom cable designs for industrial applications. A key focus is the high-temperature range: using insulation materials such as silicone, fluoropolymers (FEP, PFA, PTFE), glass silk, quartz glass and ceramic yarns, cables are produced for continuous operating temperatures from +100 °C up to 1,200 °C. An in-house stranding and winding facility enables virtually any ohm variation for heating cables; conductor design, insulation, protective braids and jacket materials are freely combined according to customer requirements, in metric or AWG dimensions. Customers include the electrical engineering sector, measurement, control and regulation technology, mechanical and plant engineering, the chemical and food industries, the steel and glass industries, as well as aerospace and medical technology. Founded in 1953 and now run by the third generation, the company produces at its site in Memmingen in the Allgäu region.
