Our Company
Garschhammer Kunststoffverarbeitung is a contract manufacturer of polyurethane (PUR) molded parts founded in 1979, based in Laufen, Bavaria. The sole proprietorship produces PUR molded parts such as claddings, foam cores, insulation parts, technical components and furnishing items and handles their complete finishing and painting. Production features four high-pressure reaction injection molding machines with output rates of 50 to 5000 g/s and clamping areas of up to 1450 x 2050 mm². Depending on the formulation of the raw materials used (polyols and isocyanates), different component properties can be achieved; the molded part densities range from 100 to 1300 g/cm³ depending on the foam system and geometry. On request, materials are supplied with flame-retardant additives that meet the requirements of UL94, DIN 5510 and EN 45545. In addition to its own production, industrial painting of all kinds is offered – from adhesion priming to texture and effect paints through to EMC conductive paint. As part of a modernization, the company was expanded with a hall at Bahnhofstraße 28 with a 100 m² painting booth.

PUR foam systems
Polyols and isocyanates are processed for molded part production with different component properties and densities of 100 to 1300 g/cm³ depending on the formulation.
Flame-retardant equipped PUR systems
Systems equipped with flame-retardant additives meet the requirements of UL94, DIN 5510 and EN 45545.
Adhesion primer/filler
As a base for painted surfaces and paint preparation.
EMC paint (conductive paint)
Conductive paint for applications in electronics, e.g. shielding.
Texture and micro-texture paints
Surface design with structured haptics and optics.
Effect paints
Paint systems with effect character for demanding visible surfaces.
Smooth and clear coats
