About Gaslock
Gaslock GmbH, headquartered in Iserlohn, develops and manufactures tank caps with self-locking closure mechanisms and valve systems, level indicators, fuel and accessory parts for the automotive, motorcycle and leisure industries. Since 1998 the company has supplied Harley-Davidson with self-locking tank caps that require a high degree of mechanical precision. In 2010, GASLEVEL®, an ultrasonic-based level indicator for gas cylinders used by campers, boat owners and caterers, was introduced. Production includes thermoplastic plastics processing (ABS, silicone) in small and medium series, SMD circuit board assembly with modern pick-and-place machines, and fully automated wiring harness manufacturing including cable cutting, double crimping, tinning and housing assembly. In addition to ABS and silicone, materials include billet aluminium and stainless steel for tank caps. In 2021, an IoT/LoRa division was established. The company employs 22 people at the Iserlohn site.
