Gastechnik Himmel GmbH, headquartered in Korneuburg near Vienna, specialises in the planning and production of components and complete environmental engineering systems. The portfolio includes landfill gas and biogas plants, gas flares (MTU, MTU-v, MTU-HT), gas compressors GVD, pressure boosting stations, lean gas treatment systems RTO as well as custom-made products such as stainless steel vessels, heat exchangers and gas control trains. Gas treatment to biomethane is carried out using Evonik membrane technology SEPURAN® Green (BioMem) in single- to three-stage processes. Systems are built modularly in containers, fully pre-assembled, tested and delivered TÜV-inspected; conversion and retrofitting of existing systems as well as service contracts and remote monitoring complete the offering. Manufacturing is predominantly in stainless steel and steel with certified welding technology (ÖNORM EN ISO 3834-2, EN 13084-7:2012). Customers come from environmental engineering, the energy industry, biogas, landfill gas, waste management and natural gas; projects have been delivered among others to Norway, South Africa, Australia, Kuwait and Brazil.
