About GAt GbR
GAt GbR – Gießerei- und Anlagentechnik, based in Aalen, plans, designs, sells and maintains complete foundry plants. The product range includes mixing technology (continuous mixers with capacities of 3 to 60 t/h and boom reaches of 1 to 11 m, triple-shaft mixers, batch mixers), moulding plants either flaskless or with moulding boxes, core-making plants, sand heaters, complete sand supply systems with silo installations, pneumatic conveying and bucket elevators, as well as pouring lines. In addition, the company supplies reclamation plants with vibration crushers, cascade screens, sand coolers and post-cleaning equipment, as well as environmental technology. The plants are offered in stationary, mobile or height-adjustable versions – also remote-controlled with teach-in control. Customers come from the foundry industry.

Flaskless or with moulding boxes, semi- and fully mechanised.
Sand heaters
As fluidised-bed heaters electrically heated or as continuous-flow heaters heated with water.
Sand supply systems
Silo installations with exhaust air filters, pneumatic push conveyors, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators and powder dosing devices.
Reclamation plants
With vibration crushers, screens, conveying troughs, cascade screens, sand coolers and post-cleaning equipment.
