About GAteK
GAteK Gesellschaft für Automatisierungstechnik und Konstruktion mbH was founded in Wunstorf in 2001 as a design office and is today a special-purpose machinery manufacturer with around 27 employees. The company develops and implements customised machinery and automation solutions – from project planning through design and manufacturing to assembly and on-site commissioning at the customer. The portfolio includes robot cells and axis systems (including KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa), bin-picking systems with 3D image processing, laser cleaning systems (Netalux), induction systems for hardening, shrink-fitting and soldering (ENRX), aluminium profile constructions (item), foundry technology, welding technology with diffusion welding machines as well as engineering services such as structural mechanics, factory planning, control technology and technical documentation. In addition, GAteK offers industrial service (maintenance, retrofit, machine relocations) as well as DGUV and TRBS inspection services. The workshop predominantly manufactures in stainless steel (1.4301), steel and aluminium. Customers come from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, metal processing, aerospace, foundries, pipeline construction and energy infrastructure. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015; the Wunstorf site has two assembly halls.
