GATHER Industrie GmbH, headquartered in Wülfrath, develops and manufactures metering and process pumps, gear flow meters, quick couplings for pipe and hose lines, as well as complete metering systems including control and regulation. Core components are manufactured in-house in the turning and milling center, with form and position tolerances down to 5 µm, in single-unit, small and large series. The magnetically coupled pumps cover volume flows from 20 ml/h to 4000 l/h, system pressures up to 325 bar and temperatures from −200 to +450 °C. Housing and shaft materials are stainless steel (1.4404/1.4571), Hastelloy C-276 and titanium Grade 2; gears, plain bearings and seals are made of, among others, PEEK, PTFE, PVDF, carbon, silicon carbide, FFKM and EPDM. The company possesses application expertise from over 1,000 fluid applications and also delivers ATEX-compliant solutions for Zones 1 and 2. Customers come from chemical and process engineering, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, medical technology, the food industry, automotive as well as water management, the steel industry and the oil industry.
