About GBS Elektronik

GBS Elektronik GmbH, based in Radeberg near Dresden, has been developing and manufacturing electronic devices and systems for nuclear technology and high-voltage pulse technology for over 25 years. The range of services includes multichannel analyzers, detectors, and complete spectrometers for alpha, beta, and gamma radiation measurement, as well as customized high-voltage pulse generators and HV power supplies according to customer specifications, e.g., for plasma immersion, magnetron sputtering, and liquid sterilization. In addition to its own product lines, the company undertakes the complete development of electronic devices according to customer specifications: hardware design, printed circuit board layout, component mounting, firmware and software development, device construction, cable assembly, as well as system integration and commissioning. Engineering, production, and testing are under one roof, allowing short paths from prototype to series production. Customers include research institutes, universities, authorities, and industrial companies worldwide, including HZDR, GSI, Jülich Research Centre, and the European Commission.
