About GBT Benelux
GBT Benelux specialises in treating and preventing corrosion problems. Founded in 2005 in Kapellen (Belgium) by a team of specialists in cooperation with the manufacturer of the coating materials, the company offers glassflake coatings, laminate coatings, rubber linings (soft and hard rubber/ebonite) as well as plastics work. Glassflake technology greatly reduces permeability and reliably protects the substrates against aggressive substances and vapours; the flakes can be made on a mineral, graphite, copper, Teflon or ceramic basis. The scope of services also includes the manufacture of coated (pressure) tanks, plastic pipework and fabrication work, the application of polypropylene and PFA liners, and high-molecular polyurethane coatings. In addition, GBT Benelux carries out repairs to pumps and coolers, conversions of gas scrubbers as well as turnkey projects and site management. Customers come from the automotive industry, the (petro)chemical sector, power plants, waste incineration plants and the steel industry.
