About GD-VERTRIEB
Since 1987, GD-VERTRIEB GmbH has supplied customers in Germany and neighbouring countries with connecting elements for steel tubes. The product range includes pipe clamps (T-clamps, double-T clamps, cross clamps, node clamps, pipe couplings, half and full clamps, clamp rings), cross braces, wall brackets, U-bolts, malleable cast iron pipe connectors as well as accessories such as end caps and a pipe and clamp gauge. The pipe clamps are made from unalloyed hot-rolled wide strip steel (usually DD11, material 1.0332) by punching and cold forming, fitted with pressed-in reinforcing ribs and hot-dip galvanized; wall brackets are welded by welding robots, likewise hot-dip galvanized and offered in lengths up to 750 mm. For corrosive environments, additional products made of V2A stainless steel, produced in the EU, are available. The products are used predominantly in agriculture for barn fittings, foil tunnels and round arch halls, but also in trade and industry for barriers, railings, shelving, tube frames and display stands. Short delivery times are achieved through the online shop launched in 2017 with a product finder and a well-stocked warehouse in Fraunberg; custom-made products such as special clamps with a company logo are possible.

Materials and Processes
Hot-rolled wide strip steel DD11
Unalloyed steel for pipe clamps, manufactured by punching and cold forming.
Unalloyed wide strip steel
Base material for cross clamps and braces with pressed-in reinforcing ribs.
V2A stainless steel
For products with high corrosion resistance, e.g. T-clamps, cross braces and U-bolts.
Malleable cast iron
Material of the pipe connectors with clamping screw principle for designer constructions.
Galvanized steel tubes according to EN 10255 (DIN 2440/2441)
Common pipe dimensions in inch sizes for the steel tube constructions.
Steel tubes according to EN 10219 (DIN 2458)
Alternative standardized pipe dimension for the pipe connections.
Hexagon screws strength class 8.8
Supplied fastening screws for stable pipe connections.
Flat round head screws strength class 4.8
Fastening screws for applications with lower requirements.
Hot-dip galvanizing
Long-lasting corrosion protection for clamps, braces, wall brackets and pipe connectors.
Electro-galvanizing
Surface protection for cross connectors and U-bolts.
Zinc flake coating
Particularly corrosion-resistant coating for cross braces and U-bolts.
Laser marking
Marking process for the pipe and clamp gauge made of 1-mm stainless steel sheet.
