About GDW Rhodius KMS
GDW Rhodius KMS GmbH in Weißenburg (Bavaria) develops and manufactures technical knitted wire mesh (Knitted Mesh) as well as separation solutions such as demisters, coalescers and filter cartridges. Other core products are pressed parts for sound and vibration damping, cords, gaskets and elastic elements for electrolysers. The mesh is manufactured in virtually all geometries; material, density and wire diameter are matched to the respective process requirement. All common stainless steels, nickel, titanium as well as the alloys Monel and Inconel, plastics from PP to PFA, and glass and carbon fibres are processed. Production ranges from single-part manufacturing to large-scale series and is supported by in-house machine building. In addition, the company offers design using its proprietary software "Separate", flow simulation (CFD), pilot plant analyses on test rigs, and worldwide installation support. Customers include the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, chemicals, environmental and process engineering, the oil and gas industry, and hydrogen and chlor-alkali electrolysis. Since 2024, the company has been part of the Gerard Daniel Worldwide Group.
