Geba Cables is a globally active manufacturer of cables, cable assemblies (wiring harnesses), complex electrification packages as well as PV ribbons and busbars. The company emerged in 2020 from the elevator division of the long-established Gebauer & Griller Group (founded 1940 in Vienna) and can look back on more than four decades of experience in cable and harness manufacturing for the elevator and escalator industry. The product range includes flat travelling cables, door, shaft, motor and controller harnesses, custom cables, junction boxes, connector systems, battery harnesses as well as charging gun and socket solutions for electric vehicles. Manufacturing takes place in Veľké Leváre (Slovakia) and Bangalore (India); sales and headquarters are in Vienna. Customers come from industries such as elevator and escalator construction, solar energy, rail transport, wind energy, energy storage, data centers and electromobility, including KONE, Otis, Fujitec and Mitsubishi. The owner is the German-Luxembourgish holding company Lafayette Mittelstand Capital.
