About geba
geba is a company founded in 1968 by F. R. Baumgart, headquartered in Eitorf (Rhein-Sieg district, North Rhine-Westphalia), supplying components to the European supplier industry for automatically operated doors and gates. The starting point was the invention of the safety key switch with profile half-cylinder (Patent No. 2208019). Today the product range includes key switches, push buttons, capacitive switches, coding switches, shutter switches, radio systems, fingerprint scanners, pedestals, position switches, front panel switches, light barriers and safety edges, as well as tubular motor and industrial gate controls. The range is complemented by signal lamps such as the Helios 200 with aluminium housing and LED technology, as well as custom designs and special switches built to customer requirements. In addition to the standard range, geba offers consulting and customer-specific developments. In Great Britain, the company is represented by its subsidiary geba Industrial Controls Ltd.
