GEBA Kunststoffcompounds GmbH is a compounder of engineering plastics headquartered in Ennigerloh (district of Warendorf, Westphalia) with a branch in Buñol near Valencia. The company develops and produces customized compounds for injection moulding and extrusion – ranging from prime virgin material through quality-assured recyclate compounds to toll compounding/custom processing. The portfolio includes blends such as PC/ABS and PC/ASA, TPU solutions (Vitane®, Mathane®), standard and high-performance thermoplastics such as PMMA, PA, PBT, PEI, PES, PEEK, PVDF, PPS and LCP as well as micro-granulates (grain size ≤ 400 µm) produced using underwater pelletizing technology. The coloristics division offers colour compounds according to RAL, Pantone and HKS as well as metallic compounds with effect pigments. On modern extrusion lines, batches are produced from small quantities through to silo production with silo homogenization. Customers include the automotive, electrical, household appliance, construction and office supplies industries, medical technology and the sports industry. In-house testing laboratories, PCF protocols according to GHG standard and the company's own freight forwarding operation GEBA GmbH & Co. KG Polymer Logistik complete the service chain.
