About GebäudeKlima Schweiz
GebäudeKlima Schweiz (GKS) is the Swiss association for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technology and, as a manufacturers' and suppliers' association, represents the Swiss HVAC industry. The association is not a manufacturing company; instead, it pools expertise on topics such as heat pumps, solar thermal, comfort ventilation, radiators and water heaters, as well as oil/gas condensing technology and biomass. It produces fact sheets and state-of-the-art papers, organises educational programmes such as the Federal Professional Examination for Heat Systems Specialists, publishes market statistics and operates the industry solution for the advance recycling contribution (vRB) for heat pumps in cooperation with SENS. The head office is located in Alpnach Dorf in the canton of Obwalden; the portal is available in German, French and Italian. Active and partner members include manufacturers such as Bosch Thermotechnik, Hoval, Meier Tobler, Stiebel Eltron, Viessmann, Weishaupt and Zehnder.
