About the GG Group
The GG Group (Gebauer & Griller Kabelwerke Gesellschaft m.b.H.) is a family-owned, internationally active industrial company headquartered in Vienna that manufactures cables, wires and cable assemblies for the automotive industry as well as industrial special applications. The portfolio includes high-voltage and low-voltage wiring harnesses for e-mobility and 48-volt applications, battery and ground cables, automotive data cables (CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet, coax, LVDS/HSD, POF) as well as industrial data cables for automation and Industry 4.0. The value chain ranges from PVC compounding and copper and aluminum processing, extrusion and stranding to cable assembly with processes such as plasma soldering and resistance welding for aluminum cables; HV wiring harnesses are produced with cross-sections up to 240 mm² and beyond. An in-house testing laboratory performs physical-technical and chemical-analytical tests. Customers include automotive manufacturers, Tier-1 suppliers, and industries such as automation, agricultural engineering, plant engineering and wind power. The company operates 13 locations on three continents, including production plants in Vienna, Poysdorf, Mikulov, Ruse, Bălţi, San Juan del Río and Shenyang as well as development offices in Germany.
