Gebr. Baldauf GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run cheese dairy company from Lindenberg in the Allgäu, in existence since 1862 and now owned by the Baldauf family in its fifth generation. From an original Emmentaler trading business, a manufacturing company developed that operated more than 20 dairies in the 1920s. Today, hard and semi-hard cheese products are produced in the village dairy in Hopfen and in the sustainable, climate-neutral dairy in Goßholz. The range includes, among others, Baldauf Bio, Baldauf Heumilch Tradition and Prinzregent Luitpold, as well as pre-cut sliced products (prepacking) for the specialist and retail trade. The company is a member of the FairCommerce initiative and sells its products via the specialist trade and its own online shop.
