About Brasseler

Gebr. Brasseler GmbH & Co. KG is a German medical technology company headquartered in Lemgo, in East Westphalia-Lippe. Under the Komet brand, the family-owned company founded in 1923 develops and manufactures rotating precision instruments and systems for dentistry, dental technology, oral and maxillofacial surgery and orthodontics. In addition, the company produces motor-driven precision tools for surgical drive systems used in orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery and dental implantology. The Custom Made business unit (since 2013) manufactures products as a CDMO for companies in the dental sector that sell them under their own brand; Komet Jewellery has been supplying tools for the jewellery industry since 2001. All products are manufactured exclusively at the Lemgo site and distributed worldwide to more than 100 countries, among others via subsidiaries in France, Italy, Austria, the United Kingdom and the USA.
