Fully vertically integrated in-house manufacturer since 1846
Gebr. Klöcker GmbH is an independent, medium-sized mechanical engineering company headquartered in Borken-Weseke in the Westphalian Münsterland. As a fully vertically integrated in-house manufacturer, the company founded in 1846 produces injection moulding tools and moulds from development through to series maturity, precision and special parts by CNC milling, die sinking EDM and wire cutting, as well as plastic and ceramic moulded parts by injection moulding. The portfolio is complemented by tool maintenance, modifications, mould storage, spare parts supply as well as finishing by mass finishing (flow grinding) and vibratory finishing and shot blasting technology. In the medical field, Klöcker produces in certified clean rooms of its partner company Absolute Medical Germany. Labour-intensive assembly work is carried out by its own production and assembly facility AMG – Klöcker (PT. SKD) in Bandung, Indonesia; in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, there is a branch for medical services, Klocker Bros. Design & Build LLC. The products are sold via a network of representatives on all five continents.
