About KÖNIG Wohnen
Gebr. König Wohnen UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a mattress manufactory founded in 1983 and based in Lamspringe (Hildesheim district, Lower Saxony). The company manufactures orthopaedic mattresses made of PUR special hybrid foam with a density (RG) of 40 in various firmness levels (Type I, II, III as well as the patented SINUS mattress), also in custom sizes with extra widths up to 200 cm. The covers made of boil-proof dril are handcrafted to the desired dimensions and whipstitched. The mattresses meet DIN 13014 for hospitals and the Öko-Tex Standard 100 and are suitable for private customers as well as orthopaedic sleeping systems. In addition, the company offers solid wood beds with delivery and assembly service. Sales are handled via the company's own online shop with telephone consultation; the roll-compressed mattresses are shipped via DHL or freight forwarder throughout Germany and the entire EU.
