Family-owned company with tradition since 1956

The Mayenberger Group (Gebr. Mayenberger GmbH) is a family-owned machining technology company founded in 1956 by Franz Josef Mayenberger and headquartered in Rottweil. It manufactures precise drawing-based parts in medium to large series: nuts in all thread types, press-fit and threaded inserts, pins, sleeves, pistons, knurled parts and turned parts to DIN standards, as well as CNC turned and milled parts. Plant 1 covers — no: 7,000 sqm of production and office space with five complete production lines, more than 250 conventional cam-controlled turning and secondary operation machines, and CNC turning and milling machining centers. In addition to machining, the service portfolio includes heat treatment, surface finishing (hardening and tempering, grinding, trowalizing), marking and assembly of modules, complemented by C-parts management with Kanban logistics. Customers worldwide are supplied, primarily in the automotive industry, electronics, sensor technology, mechanical engineering, as well as medical, metrology and optoelectronics technology. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and operates independently of banks.
