About Ostendorf Kunststoffe
Since 1973, Gebr. Ostendorf Kunststoffe GmbH has been producing plastic wastewater pipe systems at its headquarters in Vechta as well as at the plants in Emstek and Rain am Lech. The company manufactures building drainage and sound-insulated pipe systems, sewer pipes (KG systems in PVC and polypropylene), shaft systems, PE drinking water pipes, cable protection pipes, as well as custom pipes and fittings to customer specifications. The main materials are mineral-reinforced polypropylene (PP), PVC and PE-HD, processed primarily in pipe extrusion and fitting production; colour and shape requests are implemented on request. Customers include the plumbing and building materials trade, building construction, civil engineering and municipal waste management companies, among others in data centres and LAU/JGS facilities. All products are produced and shipped from the three German sites. In addition, the company offers services such as wastewater calculations, structural calculations in accordance with DIN 1986-100 and EN 12056, as well as a take-back system for plastic pipe waste (PVC, PP, PE) in cooperation with the recycling specialist PreZero.

Thermoplastic material for building drainage and sewer pipe systems with high chemical resistance (pH 1–13), abrasion resistance and minimised noise emission.
PVC (Coex and solid wall)
Proven material for smooth-wall sewer pipes SN 4 to SN 10 in accordance with DIN EN 13476-2 or DIN EN 1401-1.
PE-HD
Material for flexible, durable pressure water and drinking water pipes with a long service life.
NBR (sealing material)
Oil and grease-resistant sealing rings for grease lines in commercial kitchens as well as industrial and filling station wastewater.
SBR (sealing material)
Factory-installed seal in accordance with DIN EN 681 for Coex pipes and fittings.
