About GEDA
GEDA is a Bavarian height access specialist that has been developing and manufacturing construction hoists, industrial hoists, transport platforms, crane operator hoists and rope hoists for over 90 years. The range extends from compact rope hoists with load capacities of 60 to 250 kg, via material hoists, to passenger and material hoists with load capacities of up to 3.7 t and lifting heights of up to a maximum of 400 m. The product portfolio includes, among others, the inclined hoist GEDA Lift, which has already been sold 80,000 times, the GEDA SH 250 W hoist specially designed for wind turbines, and permanent hoists for industrial facilities ranging from cooling towers to offshore projects. Customers include the construction industry, industry, the wind energy sector, as well as offshore and cooling tower projects. In addition, GEDA offers a service team providing telephone and on-site support, the Machine Management IoT-BOX PREMIUM solution, and a corrosion protection concept for construction hoists. Reference projects exist, among others, in Norway and Denmark; in the service context, the company speaks of worldwide support.
