About Geisslerglass
Geisslerglass has been working in the processing and machining of laboratory glass and technical glasses since 1952. Since 1969, the company has produced thermal ampoules (Thermo Bulbs) for smoke and heat extraction systems and sprinkler systems and today ranks among the leading manufacturers of sprinkler glass ampoules worldwide. The ampoules are manufactured in accordance with the regulations of VdS, UL, FM and LPCB and are subject to strict controls, as they serve as thermal release elements — a central component for the precision of sprinkler systems in personnel and object protection. Imprinted batch numbers guarantee the traceability of every ampoule back to the raw glass. Production takes place in Germany by qualified personnel under constant control; the company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
