About GEMA Engineering
GEMA Engineering GmbH manufactures mechanically demanding large and small parts using CNC turning and CNC milling with up to 5 axes, as well as ready-to-install rollers that are dynamically balanced, ground, welded or precisely shrink-fitted in-house. Various plastics, free-cutting steels and all stainless steels are processed. The service portfolio covers the entire value chain: from material procurement to welding fabrication and machining to heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, rubber coating, painting and assembly according to bills of materials and drawings. Single parts, prototypes, series and repair work are produced; on request, delivery is made via express service within a few working days or parts are stored at the manufacturer. The products are used globally in various industries. Founded in 2000 at Grenchen regional airport, the company has been a subsidiary of Aeschlimann AG Décolletages in Lüsslingen since 2021 and, together with it, offers parts with diameters from 0.5 to 450 mm.
