GEMAC Chemnitz GmbH is a sensor technology and EMS service provider with over 30 years of experience, based in Chemnitz. The company develops and manufactures high-precision inclination sensors, dynamic inclination sensors, inertial measurement units (IMUs) and fieldbus solutions for industrial networks. The products of the GEMAC MOTUS product line capture inclination, acceleration and rotational rate and are configured to customer requirements via the ISDControl software and the ISPA2 programming adapter. As an EMS service provider, GEMAC offers electronics manufacturing from prototype to series – specially designed for medium-sized series – with Fuji NXT III SMT placement machines. The sensor technology is developed for mobile machinery and applications in automation technology, construction and mining engineering, infrastructure engineering, crane and lifting technology, agricultural and forestry technology, and medical and laboratory technology. Customers include Zeppelin Cat, Ammann, Schwing Stetter, Still, Teupen and GÖPEL electronic. Manufacturing takes place in Chemnitz as "Made in Saxony" quality.
