About GEMBALLA
GEMBALLA GmbH from Leonberg near Stuttgart has been manufacturing aerodynamic components, individualisation packages and complete vehicles in limited small series based on Porsche and McLaren vehicles since 1981. Since 1985 the company has been registered as a vehicle manufacturer with the Kraftfahrtbundesamt. The manufactured add-on parts – front and rear skirts, side skirts, fender extensions, rear spoilers and diffusers – are made from solid carbon fibre (CFRP) in Germany; to ensure fit, the base vehicles are first electronically measured to millimetre precision and installation is carried out mostly at original mounting points. Manufacturing is complemented by interior refinement in the company's own upholstery shop (leather, Alcantara, carbon, aluminium, stainless steel, burl wood), engine technology with performance upgrades, and complete vehicle conversions in lot sizes of 5 to 30 vehicles per model. In addition to end customers, clients have included AMG and BMW Individual in the field of contract development. The Leonberg site (Hertichstr. 59) houses headquarters, production and workshop; delivery is worldwide.
