Genesis Motor Europe GmbH is the European headquarters of the luxury automotive brand Genesis, which was founded in 2015 as an independent brand of Hyundai Motor Group. The company, based in Offenbach am Main, is responsible for sales, marketing and customer service for luxury sedans and SUVs as well as electric vehicle variants of the model lines G70, G80, G90, GV60, GV70 and GV80 in Europe. Vehicle manufacturing does not take place at the Offenbach location; the company is organized as a sales and service organization. In Switzerland, there is a correspondence address of Genesis Motor Switzerland AG in Zurich as well as Genesis Studios in Basel, Geneva and Zurich for consultations and test drives. Customers receive a twenty-five-minute service promise including warranty, maintenance, digital updates, courtesy vehicle and around-the-clock breakdown assistance; in addition, Genesis offers Connected Services with the My Genesis app and Digital Key 2.
