The value chain extends from product development and product management to direct sales: infomercials and product videos are produced in-house and broadcast on more than 41 German TV channels as well as an own TV channel. Further sales channels include the company's own online shop, marketplaces and wholesale distribution including key account management. Logistics ships more than 600,000 parcels per year.
