About Gensig Metalltechnik

Gensig Metalltechnik is a contract manufacturing and special machinery company founded in 2013 by Julian Gensig, based in Waldshut-Tiengen on the High Rhine near the Swiss border. From what was once a contract manufacturing operation, the company has developed into a full-line provider that today develops, designs and manufactures complex special machinery and plant concepts. Its range of services includes CNC milling (up to 3000 mm workpiece length), CNC turning (up to 2000 mm between centers), plasma cutting of 1 to 70 mm material thickness, and metalworking with welded assemblies up to 2000 kg unit weight. Materials processed are primarily steel, aluminum and stainless steel. In addition, the company offers industrial services (overhauls, maintenance, assembly, repair, spare parts procurement) and motorsport custom work such as drive shafts and gearbox technology. Design is done in CAD (SolidWorks), manufacturing in CAM (SolidCAM) on the company's own machine park.
