The Trummer family has been producing fruit juices, Uhudler specialties, and vinegar creations in Southern Burgenland (Austria) since 1989. The product range of the Genuss von Martin Trummer brand includes more than 60 different fruit juices and nectars, produced without added sugar, as well as vinegar and oil specialties such as pumpkin seed oil, organic apple cider vinegar, and red wine balsamic vinegar. In addition, the company offers Uhudler wine products, including dry and semi-sweet Uhudler, Frizzante, brandy, liqueur, and mulled wine, as well as alcohol-free variants such as the naturally cloudy SaftQuell Uhudler grape juice. In total, the program comprises five brands with over 90 products. Production is guided by the values of closeness to nature, regionality, and sustainability, and uses fruit from Southern Burgenland, including from traditional orchard meadows.
