geoberlin is the practice of the publicly appointed surveying engineer (ÖbVI) Dipl.-Ing. Phuoc van Ho, MRICS, with its office in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. The range of services includes sovereign surveying such as boundary surveys, official site plans for building permit applications and building surveys for the land register, as well as classic construction surveying with axis and elevation benchmark staking. In the field of engineering surveying, structural and civil engineering, railway construction, 3D laser scanning and area measurements according to GIF are offered. In addition, the office carries out settlement and tilt measurements as well as inclinometer measurements for structural monitoring and prepares real estate appraisal reports for property valuation. Further services include interior as-built measurements, rental space calculations according to WoFlV, II. BV, DIN 283 and DIN 277 as well as floor plans, sections, elevations and property exposés. The team combines engineers, technicians, architects, real estate experts and commercial staff; as a training company, the office trains two surveying technicians each year.
