About us
The Georg Ackermann GmbH is a family company founded in 1934 and based in Wiesenbronn (district of Kitzingen, Bavaria). On more than 13,000 m², over 120 employees manufacture components and objects as complete manufacturing, single-part production and series production – from individual cutting of a building element to serial production of entire objects. Customers include carpenters, joiners, shopfitters and exhibition stand builders as well as projects in interior and exterior fitting, formwork construction and architectural models. Production is based on six large-format CNC machining centres, two CO2 laser cutting systems, one CNC cutting plotter and one PU hotmelt calender press. Materials processed include wood and wood-based materials, aluminium, gypsum and gypsum-based materials, mineral materials, composite materials, plastics, honeycomb panels, textiles and metal. Upstream services include data preparation, CAD/CAM, nesting, 3D visualisation and product development. Projects have been realised, among others, for the council chamber of Neckarwestheim, the Celtic Museum, exhibition stands and international reference objects.
