About us

Georg Bosch Steinbruch e.K. has been operating the quarry in Lanzing near Marquartstein in the Chiemgau region since the sixties. There, natural stone materials from Alpine Marble Beige are extracted, crushed and screened – from crusher sand through grit sand and chippings to crushed stone in various grading lines. The product range includes premium chippings for terrazzo processing (window sills, floor slabs, urn graves), water construction stones for river bank stabilization, wall and hand wall stones, gabion crushed stone as well as material for road and path construction. With its own vehicle fleet, the business supplies small and large construction sites with stone material and bulk goods for civil, structural, path and road construction, including deliveries abroad. The customer base includes construction and road construction companies, garden and landscaping contractors, authorities and municipalities as well as private customers. The company headquarters is located in Grassau, while the crushed stone plant is at the quarry in Marquartstein-Lanzing.
