About Georg Nieder

Georg Nieder is a long-established family business in its third generation, based in Brensbach in the southern Hessian Odenwald region. Since its beginnings in the 1920s, the company has specialized in the machining of plastics and today manufactures precision parts from plastics and metals for industry. Its manufacturing expertise covers CNC turning from bar stock (Ø 3–65 mm) and chuck work up to Ø 250 mm, CNC milling, and centerless grinding of round plastic semi-finished products up to Ø 65 mm and 3000 mm in length. Additional services include 3D printing (FDM/SLA) for prototypes and very small series, hand and tumble polishing, assembly of assemblies, and post-machining of injection-molded parts. Materials processed include all machinable plastics (including PA, PEEK, POM, PVDF), free-cutting, case-hardening and heat-treatable steels, stainless steels, as well as aluminium, brass, bronze, copper and nickel silver alloys. Customers come from industries such as mechanical and apparatus engineering, processing plants, medical technology, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, building services, automotive engineering, as well as music and design. Nearly 40 employees ensure flexible, customer-oriented collaboration with initial sample inspection reports according to VDA, works certificates and IMDS entries.
