GEPY Swiss Precision is a Swiss manufacturer of high-precision tooling based in Plan-les-Ouates near Geneva. The company produces live and dead centers, mechanical and motorized spindles, as well as static and driven tool holders including accessories such as collets, sleeves and inserts. The core of the products are tapered roller bearings, developed and manufactured entirely in the company's own Geneva workshop; 80 % of products are made in the company's own ateliers. The manufacturing process, in particular grinding, is fully mastered by the company's own technicians – every roller, every center axis and every spindle shaft is machined in-house, with guaranteed concentricity of at least 0.002 mm. In addition to design and manufacturing, GEPY offers a comprehensive overhaul and revision service including maintenance analysis and repair of worn components. Customer industries include the watchmaking industry, aerospace, medical technology and general precision mechanics; the products are delivered to over 50 countries worldwide.
